Times are tough for Greater Cleveland Volunteers, a nonprofit organization that matches eager volunteers with charitable efforts throughout Cuyahoga County. The nonprofit is normally strengthened by over 2,000 active volunteers. However, due to the risky presence of COVID-19, that number has drastically declined. Many older volunteers, who are at high risk for contracting the virus, have had to set their volunteerism on the back burner.
