Alabamans showed their support for the nonprofit information hotline, Wiregrass 2-1-1 with the purchase of t-shirts and hats sporting the message “Love Dothan.”

Standing by a mission to collaborate, inform and connect, Wiregrass 2-1-1 is a Dothan-based information hotline that provides callers with information on local nonprofits and charitable initiatives based on the caller’s unique needs. Whether a family is indeed of affordable housing, food, clothing or something else — Wiregrass 2-1-1 operators are standing by, 24/7 to help!
In an effort to say “thank you” and continue the nonprofit’s incredible efforts, Playmaker Embroidery decided to step up to the plate. For roughly one month, Playmaker sold shirts and hats adorned with the message “Love Dothan.” $2.11 from each sale went directly to Wiregrass 2-1-1 at the end of the fundraiser. In total, Playmaker raised $1,677.45 for the nonprofit initiative.
