Robert Kurzban highlights a Denver area nonprofit’s immediate need for warehouse space.

Over a decade ago, Jim Scharper established the nonprofit, Feeding Denver’s Hungry. Inspired by his own struggles and experience with homelessness, Scharper’s vision was to turn a negative situation into a positive one.  And, of course, he did just that!  But now, the inspiring story of his nonprofit efforts may have to come to an end if Feeding Denver’s Hungry cannot secure a new warehouse space…

Since 2019, Feeding Denver’s Hungry, a nonprofit organization and local food bank, has operated out of donated warehouse space.  But just last week, the nonprofit’s founder, Jim Scharper, received notice that the space will soon be rented to another tenant.  This news is devastating for Feeding Denver’s Hungry.  In fact, it could even put an early end to Scharper’s inspiring story.

If you are located in the Denver area and have the means to offer Feeding Denver’s Hungry much needed warehouse space, Robert Kurzban encourages you to reach out to Jim Scharper.  Please, help this organization continue its mission and facilitate its incredible impact on the Denver community.
